HOW TO JOIN!

REGISTERING FOR THE LOUISVILLE DIVE CLUB

Prior to registering for one of our programs, please read all the information on our website and choose the appropriate group. All divers must become members of the Louisville Dive Club and must pay the required membership fee for their level of participation. If you have questions regarding which group you will need to register in, please contact us at louisvillediveclub@gmail.com.

JOIN THE AAU

All divers must register with, and obtain a current Amateur Athletic Union number. This registration must be a valid AB (Extended Benefits) AAU Membership. This is required for insurance with regard to our coaches and team, as well as secondary medical insurance for every diver. The link to the right will take you to the registration site. Please use our Club Code when registering: W3ETWF.

The AAU insurance program is comprehensive in nature and provides protection for athletes while participating in competitions and practices, coaches while instructing, event operators while conducting sanctioned events, spectators while attending events, and facilities while partnering with AAU members, to name a few.

AAU A/B membership costs $24 for the year and is active from 9/1/2025 to 8/31/2006.

Divers will not be allowed to participate without a current / valid AAU Membership number.


STEP-BY-STEP

Step 1

Create an initial account at “Sign Up” with your email and a password. Register your Son or Daughter with their first and last name and birthdate. Add a second child!

Step 2

Create a LDC "membership at the appropriate level, listed under “Memberships”, and pay the Program Fee. This will give you access to your specific program and the Sunday Drop In.

·      Future Champions Membership

·      High School Team Membership

You will need to provide current Medical Insurance, Emergency Contact Information and sign waivers.

*The National Team is by invitation only and has a separate process.

Step 3

Choose your program, listed under “Programs”:

·      Sunday Drop In

·      Future Champions 2025-2026

·      High School Program

And you are finished!

MEDICAL INSURANCE AND PAYMENT

Every diver in the Louisville Dive Club must have a valid medical insurance policy to participate. Insurance information and waivers will be available when signing up for membership in the club.

All fees must be paid in full on this website to participate, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept MasterCard, VISA or E Check Payment. 

TEAMS

National Team: For the committed diver who is training to compete at the highest level in AAU and USA Diving competition with the goal of possible participation in college athletics. Requires a year-round commitment to training and competition. Membership in these groups is by invitation only and will also require a membership to USA Diving.

High School: Covering the high school diving season (October to February), these divers are focused solely on high school participation and competition. After the high school season, the opportunity to continue training exists for members of this group.

Future Champions: Structured in multi-week sessions, these classes cater to those divers who are new to the sport, are not able to commit to year-round training, or whose main focus is summer league competition. Participation is limited per session.
