Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
National Team
If a diver needs to discontinue membership with the National Team, pro-rated refunds are only issued if National Team fees are paid in full, otherwise monthly payments will be discontinued once our staff is notified by email at louisvillediveclub@gmail.com.
High School Program
If a diver need to discontinue membership during the High School season, pro-rated refunds are only issued if High School fees are paid in full, otherwise monthly payments will be discontinued once our staff is notified by email at louisvillediveclub@gmail.com.
Sunday Drop In
We do offer refunds prior to the start the Sunday sessions. Please contact us at LouisvilleDiveClub@gmail.com. Once the class has started we cannot offer a refund.
Future Champions Membership
Refunds for the Future Champions Registration Fee are available if the slot you would like is filled and you have been placed on a waiting list. Please note that the registration fee is required for the Sunday Drop In if you choose to attend on Sundays.
Future Champions Sessions
We offer a full refund during the first two weeks of the session. After the initial two weeks, refund will no longer be available. We do not prorate due to missed classes, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
High School Team Membership
