Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Future Champions Membership
A refund for The Future Champions Registration Fee is available provided you have not already signed up and participated in the any of the Future Champions sessions, including any Sunday Drop-In Dryland sessions.
National Team
If a diver needs to discontinue membership with the National Team, pro-rated refunds are only issued if National Team fees are paid in full, otherwise monthly payments will be discontinued once our staff is notified by email at louisvillediveclub@gmail.com.
Cardinal Elite
If a diver need to discontinue membership during the season, monthly payments will be discontinued once our staff is notified by email at louisvillediveclub@gmail.com. We must be notified by the 5th of the month prior to the diver leaving the program.
Junior Cardinals
If a diver need to discontinue membership during the season, monthly payments will be discontinued once our staff is notified by email at louisvillediveclub@gmail.com. We must be notified by the 5th of the month prior to the diver leaving the program.
High School Team
If a diver need to discontinue membership during the High School season, pro-rated refunds are only issued if High School fees are paid in full, otherwise monthly payments will be discontinued once our staff is notified by email at louisvillediveclub@gmail.com.
Future Champions Sessions
We offer a full refund during the first two weeks of the session. After the initial two weeks, refund will no longer be available. We do not prorate due to missed classes, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Sunday Dryland
We do offer refunds prior to the start the Sunday sessions. Please contact us at LouisvilleDiveClub@gmail.com. Once the class has started we cannot offer a refund.
