High School Team Membership

The High School Group is reserved for divers that want to dive for their respective high school during the high school season October-February. Practice will be focused on training in preparation for dual meets, regionals, sectional and state high school competition, and for learning a required 11 dive list.

The group is further broken down into an Advanced High School Group, and a Developmental High School Group. The Advanced group will be for those high school divers who already have a full list of 11 dives and are considering moving to the next level. High School Development will be for those who are new to the sport and/or have not developed the required 11 dive list.

AAU MEMBERSHIP

Prior to participating in the Louisville Dive Club programming, all divers must first obtain an AAU Membership for the 9/1/2025-8/31/2026 competitive year. This membership must be at the A/B level ($24), and please use our Club Code when registering: W3ETWF.

Ages

All members of the High School Team must be in the sixth grade, or older.

When

The High School Program begins on October 1st, and will run until the end of the high school season in mid-February. Divers who wish to continue diving in this group may do so depending on the group size.

Where

Water practices are held at the Ralph Wright Natatorium on the campus of the University of Louisville.

Dryland practices are held at the LDC Dryalnd facility, approximately 3/4 mile south of the Ralph Wright Natatorium, across from the University of Louisville Football Stadium.

Tuesday Dryland:

TBD - 4:30-6:00 pm
TBD - 5:45-7:15 pm

Wednesday Water: 4:30-6:30 pm

Thursday Water: 4:30-6:30 pm

Meets

High School meets begin in early November, with meets culminating with the Indiana and Kentucky State Championships in mid-February.

EXTRA COSTS

All participants in the High School Program must register as a member of the Louisville Dive Club - an annual $50 fee. This fee is used to help defer pool rental and other expenses associated with the High School Program, including meets hosted by LDC.

2025-2026 Season

Register as a member of the Lousville Dive Club at the High School Level. This $50 annual fee allows access to all High School level programing as well as the Sunday Drop In.
