Future Champions Sessions
These multi-week sessions stress the development of solid fundamentals with the goal of progressing to one of our competitive teams, and/or to prepare for summer league competition. Focus will be on learning the fundamentals of diving while gaining confidence on both the 1- and 3-meter springboard with proper mechanics, in addition to learning dives from all five categories.
Ages
Divers must have attained the age of 6, by the start of class and be able to swim in deep water.

Fall Sessions:
Session 1: Sept. 8th - Oct. 12th
Session 2: Oct. 19th - Nov. 19th
Winter/Spring Sessions:
Session 3: Jan. 11th - Feb. 18th
Session 4: Mar. 1st - Apr. 29th
Where
Future Champions Water practices are held at the Ralph Wright Natatorium on the campus of the University of Louisville.
Sunday Dryland Drop-In practices are held at the LDC Dryland facility, approximately 3/4 mile south of the Ralph Wright Natatorium, across from the University of Louisville Football Stadium.
Practices
Monday - Thursday: 4:30-5:45pm
- One day per week: Monday-Thursday
- Two days per week: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
Annual Fee
All participants in Future Champions classes must register as a member of the Louisville Dive Club at the Future Champions level - an annual $25 fee.

What if we are not able to come on days offered for Future Champions?
The Louisville Dive Club offers a Sunday Dryland Drop-In that is staffed by our coaches to help all ages of divers. In order to sign up for a specific Sunday class, divers must be a registered member of the Louisville Dive Club at either the Future Champions level, High School Level, or National Team Level.
