Sunday Dryland

Open to all registered members of the Louisville Dive Club. This includes Future Champions, High School, Junior Cards, Cardinal Elite and National Team athletes. Come and get an extra dryland practice working on Trampoline, Dryboard, Tumbltrak and new skills in the spotting belts! All Sessions are held at the Louisville Dive Club Dryland Facility.

I am not currently a member of the club, how do I participate?

Please contact us at louisvillediveclub@gmail.com. We encourage all divers with experience to take part in our Sunday Drop-In, but they first become members of the club.

2026-2027 Season

Sunday Dryland Drop-In sessions are open to all registered LCD divers and are held on Sundays at Ralph Wright Natatorium from 2:30-3:30pm and 3:30-4:30pm. Registration for a Clinic ends on the preceding Friday at 6:00pm. The cost for each single session is $15.00.

Also available in packs of five (5) and ten (10) for discounts.
